Inspection Service as a profession?
HiGuy, I live in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. I am a chemical engineer by proffession and was barely a year since I've been involved with the work since he graduated from UNI in 2006. I do not like engineering at this point. So money in the area do not seem to be attractive. I was thinking of doing something on the side you can think of the home inspection. Can anyone out there who has experience in Vancouver in this area, let me know about the opportunities and the labor market to reach home inspectors. So what are the current license and if so what is needed before we can go to the home inspection. Thanks
I'm in Ohio and I can say that home inspections become mandatory in all places at once time. His big break, but the liability insurance is expensive.
