Place ceramic light bulb ring on low wattage light bulb and add a few drops of essential oil for rapid diffusion of aroma. Use on bulb 60 watts or lower - I prefer 25W to 40W - the lower the wattage - the longer the aroma. Always use therapeutic grade essential oils like our SomaTherapy brand and NEVER use fragrance oils (synthetic oils). Comes in either white or natural (terracotta), depending on availability.
